About the Opportunity
R & W Group is partnering with a highly regarded mid-sized law firm in Washington, DC, to find a Recruiting Coordinator. This role is designed to support and expand an already strong recruitment program within a dynamic legal environment.
The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as a key partner to the Recruiting & HR Manager, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of hiring for 1L, 2L, 3L, lateral attorneys, and support staff. You will be the operational backbone of the firm's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring seamless execution from job postings to onboarding.
Your day-to-day will involve coordinating on-campus recruiting events, managing interview logistics, and overseeing the summer associate program, including training and event planning. You will also maintain critical recruiting databases, prepare NALP surveys, and support the Recruiting Committee with materials and data. This position requires a professional who thrives in a high-pressure environment, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining strong analytical and communication skills.
