The Law Enforcement Specialist serves as a critical action officer supporting the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Information Management Enterprise Services Architecture/Threat Screening and Vetting (IMESA/TSV) activities and the Counterintelligence & Security Directorate. This role is embedded in a rapidly evolving business climate where professional development is a core part of the employer's culture.
In this position, you will operate within secure, high-sensitivity environments to manage known or suspected terrorist encounter information for the Department of Defense (DoD). You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and implementing the NCIS Multiple Threat Alert Center (MTAC) function. The role requires coordinating across interagency partners, including the FBI Terrorist Screening Center and Defense Manpower Data Center, to ensure the accurate adjudication of Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) alerts. You will provide advisory support on DoD physical security, personnel security, and insider threat programs while preparing regular written and verbal updates for leadership.
