The Law Clerk position is a great opportunity for recent law school graduates seeking to gain practical, hands-on experience applying your knowledge to assist with high-profile cases being investigated and litigated by the Department of Justice. This opportunity will also enhance your knowledge and understanding of the litigation life cycle as you assist with investigations from discovery through trial and appeal.

Requirements
- verifiedLaw degree or currently attending ABA-accredited law school (completed at least one year)
- verifiedSound working knowledge of federal and state court systems
- verifiedExcellent written and oral communication skills
- verifiedThorough knowledge of legal research tools (LEXIS, Westlaw)
- verifiedHands-on familiarity with computer applications (word processing, databases, spreadsheets, imaging)
- verifiedHands-on familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures
- verifiedExperience with cite checking/Bluebooking
- verifiedUS Citizenship required
- verifiedDOJ MBI clearance obtainable
Nice to Have
eDiscovery certifications, prior experience supporting the Federal Government, prior document review experience using Relativity.
