About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Elder Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role exists to provide high-quality, compassionate legal services with a particular focus on elder law, including Medicaid planning, estate planning, and powers of attorney.

In this position, you will navigate complex legal issues for our clients, representing them in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and mediations. You will prepare and review critical legal documents such as wills, trusts, and healthcare directives. Beyond legal counsel, you will educate clients and their families on their rights and responsibilities, participate in community outreach to promote elder law awareness, and collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies.
