Walmart is expanding its workforce across local retail stores, seeking dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team. As the U.S.'s largest private employer, we aim to create a culture where every associate feels valued for who they are and is rooted in respect for the individual. Our vision is "everyone included," fostering a workplace where everyone is—and feels—included. Approximately 90% of the U.S. population lives within 10 miles of a Walmart or Sam's Club, and our associates reflect the makeup of all of America, as well as the 18 other countries where we operate.
As a Landscape Technician, you will play a crucial role in overseeing landscape projects and collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain the grounds year-round. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, welcoming environment and value innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Your expertise and dedication will make a real impact on the exterior environment and the customer experience.

Walmart Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe we are best equipped to help our associates, customers, and the communities we serve live better when we really know them. That means understanding, respecting, and valuing unique styles, experiences, identities, abilities, ideas, and opinions while welcoming all people. Our policies, practices, and programs promote fairness and the same treatment for all associates, ensuring everyone has the same access to opportunities for growth, development, and advancement. We transparently report on our workforce twice a year and maintain associate resource groups to further engagement, networking, connection, and a sense of community.
We also strive to strengthen the communities where we operate through a shared value approach, complementing business with philanthropy. Last year, we gave away over 8% of our profits through a combination of in-kind and cash gifts totaling more than $1.7 billion.
