Walmart is expanding its workforce across local retail stores, seeking dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team. As the U.S.'s largest private employer, we aim to create a culture where every associate feels valued for who they are and is rooted in respect for the individual. Our vision is "everyone included," fostering a workplace where everyone is—and feels—included. Approximately 90% of the U.S. population lives within 10 miles of a Walmart or Sam's Club, and our associates reflect the makeup of all of America, as well as the 18 other countries where we operate.
As a Landscape Technician, you will play a crucial role in overseeing landscape projects and collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain the grounds year-round. You will work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance, ensuring parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas remain pristine. This role is vital to upholding cleanliness standards and safety protocols in our fast-paced, welcoming environment.
We are a team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence. By making Walmart a welcoming place where all people feel like they belong, we strengthen our business and improve our ability to serve customers and support the communities where we operate. We are one of the most charitable companies in the Fortune 500, giving away over 8% of our profits through in-kind and cash gifts totaling more than $1.7 billion last year.
