About the Role
The Laborer I is an entry-level position serving as a key part of the construction crew. This role is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support concrete construction operations, contributing to the efficient and safe completion of structures such as foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs. You will assist skilled tradespeople, prepare and clean job sites, handle materials, and operate basic tools and equipment. The work involves alert individuals with good balance and physical strength, including assisting in the pouring of vertical concrete and installing reshores per instructions. This position requires working during inclement weather, with potential exposure to extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust depending on the project site.
