About the Role
The Laborer I is an entry-level position serving as a key part of the construction crew, contributing to the efficient and safe completion of concrete structures such as foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing and cleaning job sites, handling materials, and operating basic tools and equipment. You will work in a dynamic environment that may include inclement weather, with exposure to extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust depending on the project site.

The hourly range for this position is $39.10 - $55.60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Please note that this position is governed by a collective bargaining unit; selected applicants will be required to join the appropriate union within a certain period after hire.
