About the Role
TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time Laborer - Pavement Marking to join our San Antonio branch. This position is vital to our mission of enhancing road safety and ensuring strict compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. As a key member of the team, you will perform essential highway maintenance tasks, including traffic control, sign installation, and the application of raised pavement markers.
Day in the Life
Your workday will involve operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment, from hand machines to truck-mounted spray systems. You will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are clean, properly loaded, and mechanically sound through diligent pre-trip and post-trip inspections. The role requires a balance of technical precision and physical stamina, as you will work outdoors in varying weather conditions, often amidst moving traffic and machinery. You will strive to maximize production efficiency while adhering to company safety policies and quality guidelines.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully pass a clear background check, which includes a review of criminal records, driving history, and controlled substance/drug testing. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required, with a CDL being highly preferred.

Nice to Have
Experience operating hand machines, forklifts, hand grinders, 3M hand-tape machines, 3M adhesive applicators, and hand-roller tamper carts. Experience with installation of Preformed Thermo/Hot Tape. Possession of a CDL.
