About the Role
This position supports our operations by ensuring site safety, efficiency, and cleanliness. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, guiding vehicles and equipment to appropriate areas and maintaining a secure work environment. The role requires active participation in general construction activities, site clean-ups, and the setup of wind fences and landfill coverings. Effective communication with drivers, employees, and management via handheld radios and CBs is essential to coordinate daily tasks. Additionally, you will assist in fueling vehicles and equipment and transporting employees to their workstations as needed.

Requirements
