About the Role
Blue World Pools, Inc. is a nationwide leader in above-ground steel-walled and vinyl-liner pool packages. We are seeking dedicated Pool Installation Contractors to join our Construction department. In this fast-paced, customer-focused, and performance-driven environment, you will play a vital role in bringing affordable backyard recreation to families across the country.
As a Pool Installation Contractor, you will install residential pools to strict quality and safety standards, ensuring an excellent homeowner experience. This role offers significant exposure to nationwide consumer projects and strong income potential. You will work closely with field operations and customer service teams to manage on-site logistics and maintain clear communication throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTravel to residential sites to install above-ground pool packages according to specifications
- check_circlePerform site inspections, layout, and ground preparation including leveling and grading
- check_circleAssemble pool walls, uprights, rails, liners, and structural components using appropriate tools
- check_circleInstall and connect filtration, pump, and basic plumbing components following manufacturer guidelines
- check_circleEnsure jobsite safety by following OSHA protocols and maintaining clean work areas
- check_circleCommunicate professionally with customers to confirm details and explain pool operation
- check_circleCoordinate daily schedules, routing, and material needs to meet performance targets
- check_circleIdentify and troubleshoot common site issues while escalating complex problems to support teams
- check_circleDocument each job with photos, measurements, and required forms submitted accurately
Requirements
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable work vehicle
- verifiedGeneral Liability insurance suitable for contractor work
- verifiedOSHA-10 or comparable safety training preferred
- verifiedAny state or local contractor or home-improvement license where required by local regulations
Nice to Have
