About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Infrastructure Services Engineer to join our team in Irvine, CA. This position is 100% onsite and serves as the backbone for our product labs, with a primary focus on supporting operations in Santa Clara. The successful candidate will ensure the daily maintenance and optimal performance of lab infrastructure, bridging the gap between physical hardware management and automated software tools.
In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to build, enhance, and maintain a highly available infrastructure. Your day-to-day involves installing and configuring lab-specific hardware and software, managing asset inventory, and troubleshooting complex networking and server issues. You will also collaborate with remote teams in India to debug lab-related challenges, ensuring seamless operations across global engineering efforts.

Candidates selected for this role must be prepared to work onsite in a data center environment. The position requires the ability to work extended hours and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and rack-mounting servers.
