About the Role
Taco Bell in Faribault, MN, is seeking a hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a full-time or part-time Kitchen Cook. As a key member of our Back of House (BOH) team, you will play a vital role in delivering the quality and speed our customers expect. Your primary mission is to prepare food that meets or exceeds our hospitality and service standards, ensuring every item is crafted to meet quantity and deadline requirements with precision.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations. You will prepare all food items according to our strict recipes and presentation specifications, operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. A significant part of your day involves maintaining a pristine environment; you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing your station, assisting with the broader kitchen cleanup, and restocking items as needed throughout your shift. Adhering to all sanitation and food production codes is not just a rule—it is a core part of our commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.
