About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, nurturing, and trustworthy Kids Club Manager to join our dedicated Childcare team. This role is ideal for someone with meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will excel in communication with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
Your perfect fit is an individual driven by a genuine passion for the safety and well-being of children, spanning ages from one to twelve years. You will lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment, ensuring that every child and parent feels welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist with hiring and training Kids Club staff, including Assistant Managers and Associates.
- check_circleImplement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
- check_circleMaintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with parents, staff, and management regarding policies and updates.
- check_circleSupport front desk and gym operations when no children are present.
- check_circleOversee the Kids Club facility to ensure a safe and secure environment for children ages one to twelve.
- check_circleDevelop age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children in the Kids Club.
- check_circleSchedule staff shifts and monitor child-to-staff ratios to ensure adequate coverage.
- check_circleEnsure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the Kids Club and gym.
- check_circleProvide exceptional customer service to parents by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- check_circleSupervise children's activities and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.
- check_circleManage reservations and child agreements while maintaining efficient communication with parents.
Requirements
