About the Role
The Kennel Manager plays a key leadership role in guiding day-to-day kennel operations. This hands-on position involves coordinating daily workflow, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent care, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld. You will foster a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere while staying attentive to the overall wellbeing of pets in our care.
In this role, you will support team development, help maintain a well-run and stocked facility, and contribute to a smooth client experience by assisting with communication around boarding stays. It is a position that balances operational efficiency with a genuine passion for animal welfare.
