About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Instructional Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 School Year in Cleveland, Ohio. Under the general supervision of the Principal, you will serve as a vital partner to teachers, providing specialized educational assistance to ensure compliance with State of Ohio and Federal educational requirements.

In this role, you will foster a positive educational environment by working collaboratively with administrators, staff, and parents. Your day will involve supporting students with special needs through one-on-one academic instruction, small group learning, and technology integration. You will act as a role model, assisting with lesson assessments, projects, and character education while maintaining a welcoming attitude. The position requires a high degree of adaptability to manage competing student demands and respond to unexpected events, ensuring student safety and well-being at all times.
