We are seeking highly-qualified Intervention Specialists in Cleveland, Ohio, who are dedicated to providing a superior education for all students. This role exists to bring the curriculum to life for each student, creating a positive classroom environment that prioritizes both student learning and social-emotional development.
You will be part of a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring. Your day will involve utilizing research-based best practices and school-approved curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students. You will manage student behavior, maintain accurate records of progress, and communicate effectively with families regarding their child's academic and social-emotional growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues and supervise students in various school settings, from the classroom to the playground and cafeteria.
Candidates must be able to pass federal and state criminal background checks. The selection process includes an assessment of your ability to manage confidential information and your experience working within an urban environment.
