Your Petco Grooming Career

Begin your journey as a Junior Pet Stylist in Grooming. This role is designed for those with a genuine passion for animals and a desire to pursue a career in the pet care industry. You will learn fundamental grooming tasks such as brushing, bathing, drying, and nail trimming under the guidance of seasoned groomers.

Our industry-leading training program is a ten-week journey designed to develop essential skills and set the foundation for your future career. During the first three weeks, you will focus on learning dog behavior, safety protocols, customer service, and grooming policies while beginning on-the-job training. From weeks 3 to 10, you will perform bathing and walk-in services while working toward weekly productivity goals.
