About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our experienced team. This role is designed for an up-and-coming electrical professional ready to transition from fieldwork or general coordination into a key leadership position within our estimating and project management departments.
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our office and the jobsite. You will work closely with senior team members to prepare accurate cost estimates, gather vendor pricing, and support the bidding process for both commercial and residential projects. The day-to-day involves reviewing blueprints, assisting with project scheduling, and maintaining clear communication with clients. This is an opportunity to learn the intricacies of the trade while contributing to the success of high-quality projects.

Requirements
- verified5-10 years of experience in the electrical industry
- verifiedValid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice to Have
Electrical apprenticeship or trade school experience. Experience with Service Titan or estimating software. Spanish language skills.
