About the Opportunity
Our team is partnering with a growing and highly regarded organization to identify a Junior Project Accountant who wants to build a strong foundation in project-based accounting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across billing, accounts payable, and project financial operations while working closely with cross-functional teams.
If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a structured accounting environment, this position provides meaningful experience and long-term development potential. You will work alongside Project Managers to support the financial lifecycle of projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring accurate classification of labor hours and maintaining healthy cash flow through diligent billing and collections.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, onsite role located in Tustin, CA. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to support additional hours when business needs require. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where building strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients is a key part of the day-to-day experience.
