Join us to work on high-profile commercial construction projects in the US Caribbean. We are seeking experienced Journeyman Plumbers who take pride in their craftsmanship and are eager to work in an exciting, tropical location. This role offers a unique chance to build a career in paradise with company-paid travel and housing included.
As a commercial construction plumber, you will be instrumental in installing, assembling, and repairing plumbing systems for large-scale projects. Your work will span diverse sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, correctional facilities, and sports & entertainment venues. You will interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring all installations comply with commercial construction plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Your day-to-day involves measuring, cutting, threading, and installing piping using hand and power tools. You will install fixtures, carriers, water heaters, and medical gas systems, conducting necessary pressure tests and inspections. The role requires working at various heights using ladders, scaffolds, and lifts, as well as in below-grade environments, all while adhering to strict OSHA safety protocols.
We value safety, quality, and excellence in every project. Beyond the work itself, we offer a comprehensive support system designed for your comfort and growth. This includes company-paid travel and relocation (airfare, housing, and utilities), as well as company-provided transportation so you do not need a personal vehicle.
We are committed to your long-term success with an Employee Ownership Program, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Additionally, we provide competitive compensation, bonuses, and dedicated career growth and training programs.
If you are an experienced commercial construction plumber ready for a full-time career in a tropical paradise, apply today. We are looking for candidates eligible to live and work in the US Caribbean who are physically capable of the demands of the job.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
