About the Role
Constellation Energy is seeking a Journeyman HVAC Tech to join our Engineering & Maintenance team within the Energy & Utilities industry. This position is critical to supporting our core energy operations by ensuring the reliability of commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will serve as a key technical resource, installing, maintaining, and repairing complex systems that keep our facilities running safely and efficiently.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and facility teams to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues. Your day-to-day involves performing scheduled and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime, optimizing system performance for energy efficiency, and ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes. You will also interpret blueprints and technical manuals to support system upgrades and document all service activities, contributing to a culture focused on innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
