Join Marvin as a Journeyman Electrician in Warroad, MN, and be part of a team where your skills make a direct impact every day. You will work both independently and collaboratively, solving problems creatively and communicating clearly to support our operations. This role offers variety and challenge, providing the opportunity to grow your trade skills while contributing to a high-performing team.
In this position, you will perform electrical work safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized workspaces. You will troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems, often working in tight spaces and on elevated platforms. Accurately documenting work order hours, equipment history, and inventory usage is essential, as is interpreting equipment manuals and drawings to support maintenance and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
