About the Role
We are seeking a Family Medicine physician in Columbus, Ohio, to join a practice model designed for thoughtful, high-quality care. Unlike traditional settings, this role allows you to see fewer patients each day (14-16), ensuring ample time for engaging decision-making and continuous care. You will manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits within a supportive team-based environment.
The position offers a flexible schedule with Monday–Friday hours, including the option to choose a four-day workweek. The role features no call duties and no weekends, allowing for a sustainable work-life balance while you contribute to a growing network of over 90 locations across thirteen cities.
