About the Role
The Agent Engineer serves as the core builder for our agentic technology stack, bridging the gap between software engineering, LLM expertise, and systems thinking. In this role, you will design, develop, and iterate on AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks autonomously. Your work ensures these agents integrate seamlessly with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources, creating reliable systems that drive business value.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate complex business requirements into tangible agent capabilities and constraints. The day-to-day involves architecting robust memory systems, optimizing performance to reduce token usage and latency, and participating in evaluation cycles to refine agent behavior based on feedback. As the ecosystem evolves rapidly, you will stay at the forefront of agentic AI frameworks and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and implement AI agents with defined goals, tools, memory systems, and reasoning loops

Requirements
- verified3+ years software engineering experience
- verified1+ years working with LLMs or AI agents
- verifiedStrong proficiency in Python

- verifiedExperience with REST APIs and vector databases
- verifiedFamiliarity with prompt engineering
- verifiedUnderstanding of async programming and distributed systems
Nice to Have
Experience fine-tuning LLMs or working with model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, local models). Background in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture design. Contributions to open-source AI/agent frameworks.
