About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Evening/Night Supervisor to lead our team in the Lewiston area. In this role, you will be the face of Environment Control during the night shift, ensuring that all nightly jobs are completed with precision and care. You will serve as a hands-on leader, training new hires and guiding them to meet our high standards while maintaining a positive, solution-based work environment.

Your day typically begins between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. You will utilize your own vehicle to travel to assigned sites and occasionally to our main office in Spokane Valley. A key part of your day involves using a smartphone to access our electronic ticketing system, assign duties, and address customer needs directly. While your primary focus is supervision and training, you will also step in to perform basic janitorial duties as needed to ensure the highest quality of service. This role requires a self-sufficient thinker who takes pride in their work and is committed to resolving customer issues effectively.
