We are seeking a certified Jaguar Land Rover Master Technician to join our state-of-the-art dealership in Charlotte, NC. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of vehicle care and customer service. You will operate in a fully equipped, air-conditioned facility utilizing the latest diagnostic tools and equipment. The position offers unlimited earning potential through competitive flat-rate pay and includes opportunities to work on a brand-new Land Rover location opening in Spring 2026.
In this role, you will examine customer vehicles, identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and perform services efficiently according to dealership guidelines. You will be responsible for estimating repair costs, documenting all services performed, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores at or above company standards. The role is ideal for an expert-level diagnostician with extensive experience across Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar models.
