About the Role

We are seeking a certified Jaguar Land Rover Master Technician to join our team in Charlotte. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fully equipped, air-conditioned facility utilizing the latest diagnostic tools and equipment. You will be part of a supportive team environment with a winning culture, where you can enjoy unlimited earning potential through competitive flat-rate pay plans.

In this position, you will examine customer vehicles, identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and perform services efficiently according to dealership guidelines. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores at or above company standards while managing repair estimates and documenting all services performed.
