You will join the Cyber Security, Risk and Compliance team, working alongside other Security Auditors and Information Assurance Specialists. Our mission is to ensure a common approach to Security Audit across Rolls-Royce, fostering a workplace where all employees feel respected, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
As an IT Security Auditor, you will undertake assessment activities to identify weaknesses and policy violations within our IT systems and applications. Your work is critical to creating action plans that correct problems and prevent future cyber security breaches. You will partner with system owners to develop corrective action plans, improving the overall cyber security posture of the organization.
In this role, you will analyze audit outputs to identify trends that inform the improvement of policy, process, procedure, or technology. You will present findings to a wider audience, including senior management, and assist the team in developing and defining Information Security policies, standards, and guidelines within the ISO27000 framework. The role also involves supporting the wider cyber security team through initiatives like the cyber culture program. This position requires travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
