The MADICS team focuses on enabling complex, high-impact initiatives across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, site changes, and enterprise architecture. We operate at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery, bringing structure, clarity, and execution where work spans many teams and leaders. Our mission is to help the organization turn intent into business outcomes by coordinating dependencies, decisions, and execution across Koch Technology and Koch operating companies.
Koch Technology (KT) is part of a larger organization that creates and innovates a wide spectrum of products and services that make life better. Headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, Koch employs about 120,000 employees across the globe. At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better, openly challenging the status quo to find new ways to create value.
This Program Manager role offers a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate complex, highly interdependent technology programs while helping establish and mature portfolio-level planning, governance, and execution discipline within the MADICS capability. You will play a critical role in driving outcomes across complex initiatives, providing program leadership that enables effective decision-making, reduces execution risk, and aligns delivery with broader Koch business outcomes.
In this position, you will serve as a bridge between enterprise strategy, architectural intent, and execution. You will absorb execution complexity from senior leaders, allowing technical leaders to focus on higher-leverage work while you drive program execution and coordination. The role requires navigating environments with externally driven timelines and high execution risk, ensuring disciplined execution across multiple workstreams and refining program governance to clarify ownership and decision rights.
This role can be located in Wichita, KS, Plano, TX, or Atlanta, GA. It requires an in-office presence with flexibility. Please note that this role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.
