About the Role
This role serves as the dynamic intersection of pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest) insulation installation. As an Innovation/Utility Specialist, you will make a significant impact in the communities we serve by performing a wide range of field duties. Your day will involve conducting inspections, installing termite control systems, and efficiently applying TAP insulation to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. You will also assist with light construction projects, such as minor repairs related to pest damage, and perform exclusion services and wildlife removal. Effective communication with customers is central to the role, ensuring they understand services and feel confident in the measures taken to protect their spaces.
