We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will work in either a Patient Service Center or a Client office, serving as the face of the company. You will provide exceptional customer service while performing skilled specimen collections, acting as a vital link between patients and their health outcomes.
This position offers opportunities for continuous growth within the organization. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the collection process. The standard work schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits. Additionally, Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
