About the Role

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will work in either a Patient Service Center or a Client office, serving as the face of the company. Work Schedule & Incentives

The standard work schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits. Additionally, Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
