The Fund Specialist sits within the Investor Services team and serves as a key point of contact for fund-related servicing requests, onboarding activities, and ongoing investor support. This client-facing role is designed to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of responsibilities throughout the full client lifecycle. You will act as a highly collaborative partner, coordinating across multiple internal teams to deliver high-quality operational and servicing support to investors across Wellington-sponsored funds and pooled investment vehicles.
In this position, you will navigate a fast-paced environment where strong judgment and disciplined data management are essential. Your day-to-day involves managing complex operational inquiries, coordinating investor onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining rigorous data hygiene to support operational integrity and regulatory readiness. You will work closely with Client Group teams, Fund Reporting, Trust Operations, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Product Management to ensure a consistent, high-quality investor experience.
