The Team COO is a senior-level position serving as the lead coordinator for a Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisor team within our sales organization. This role is designed to oversee and orchestrate all business operations and execution, ensuring the team's capacity is enhanced and its client service model is optimized.
In this position, you will act as the central hub for business matters, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts and tracking progress until resolution. You will guide strategic business initiatives to drive asset acquisition and growth, while organizing critical information to facilitate efficient decision-making for Financial Advisors. The role involves leading the team in cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, proactively assessing client needs, and managing the team's communication strategy. Additionally, you will oversee the integration of new firm services, manage team compensation elements, and coordinate with analysts to oversee client investment functions, including onboarding and the implementation of appropriate investment strategies.
Candidates for this role will be interviewed by the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Complex Manager. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with strong leadership skills, relevant financial industry knowledge, and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
