The Inventory Specialist serves as a vital partner to the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor, ensuring the accuracy and flow of inventory across the facility. This role is essential for maintaining operational continuity, supporting daily inventory functions, and driving continuous improvement through the management of inbound scheduling, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and dunnage scheduling.
In this position, you will be the bridge between administrative precision and physical execution. You will oversee all inventory management procedures while fostering strong relationships with team members, vendors, and other organizational stakeholders. The role demands a balance of technical proficiency with inventory systems and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position operates in a unique physical setting that requires adaptability. You will work in a refrigerated environment maintained at approximately 38°F, while also being exposed to seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, and automotive fumes. The workspace may include cramped quarters, requiring the ability to navigate tight spaces while adhering to strict safety protocols and wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
As part of Clark Beverage Group, Inc., this role supports a network of multiple geographic locations. While the primary focus is on local warehouse operations, the nature of the organization may require occasional travel for meetings and training to ensure alignment across the territory.
