The Inventory Specialist is the frontline guardian of vehicle inventory at our facilities. This role exists to ensure that every vehicle entering our ecosystem is documented with precision, inspected thoroughly, and processed efficiently to meet company timelines. You will be the bridge between physical vehicle intake and our digital inventory systems, ensuring that the flow of traffic in the receiving area is seamless.
In this position, you will document vehicle conditions using company standards, capturing complete inventories and supporting photographs for every unit. By utilizing a system of priorities, you will direct the flow of traffic in the receiving area, ensuring timely processing. Your thorough understanding of Copart policy will allow you to facilitate the Copart experience by offering practical solutions to meet customer needs. This is a dynamic role that requires you to operate outdoors in all seasons, utilizing handheld devices and cameras to maintain the integrity of our global inventory.
