A local manufacturing company in Oriskany, NY is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering consistent hours and weekly pay.
In this role, you will maintain accurate inventory records within the Deacom ERP software, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include closing production jobs and work orders daily, supporting inventory transfers between locations to ensure production readiness, and reconciling transactions for third-party tolling companies. You will also investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits, and generate reports on inventory levels and turnover. Collaboration with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams is essential to maintain a smooth inventory flow.
