In this role, you will assist physicians during minimally invasive procedures, maintain procedural workflow, and ensure high standards of patient care and safety. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist Interventional Radiology physicians during body IR procedures by scrubbing and supporting procedural activities
- check_circlePrepare and pull supplies, instruments, and equipment for scheduled IR cases
- check_circleEnsure procedure rooms are properly prepared and maintained for patient care activities
- check_circleComplete procedural documentation and required paperwork accurately and timely
- check_circleSupport patient preparation, positioning, and monitoring during procedures
- check_circleMaintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control and radiation safety standards
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure efficient procedural workflow
- check_circleMonitor equipment functionality and report any operational concerns appropriately
Requirements
- verifiedPrevious Interventional Radiology experience required
- verifiedCurrent ARRT Certification required
