About the Role
As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in our fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You will partner closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using advanced imaging technologies. This position is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative setting where precision and empathy intersect to improve patient outcomes.
In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and executing complex procedures that require imaging guidance, such as angioplasties, embolizations, and biopsies. Your day will involve operating advanced radiological equipment, preparing patients by explaining processes and addressing concerns to reduce anxiety, and maintaining a sterile environment within the interventional suite. You will also monitor patient conditions during procedures, ensuring safety and reporting any irregularities to the medical team immediately.
Beyond clinical duties, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our services by participating in ongoing education to stay abreast of advancements in interventional radiology technologies. Your attention to detail will be vital in documenting procedural logs and inputting data into patient records with strict adherence to privacy compliance.
