About the Team
Parkview Health is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Interventional/Advanced Endoscopy Gastroenterologist to join a well-established team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our providers include outpatient general gastroenterology, interventional gastroenterology, inpatient GI hospitalists, IBD subspecialty gastroenterology, and GI advanced practice providers who have completed years of specialized training. The interventional GI team provides services out of our main tertiary care center, located on the beautiful Parkview Regional Medical Center campus.
About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to focus exclusively on advanced endoscopic procedures, including EUS, ERCP, EMR, luminal stenting, ESD, and POEM. The role is structured to provide 4 days of endoscopy, 0.5 days of clinic, and 0.5 days of administrative time weekly. A key feature of this position is the call schedule, which is limited to interventional GI only, ensuring no general GI call responsibilities. The team is supported by excellent Advanced Practice Provider (APP) resources to facilitate high-quality patient care.
