About the Role

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to build and lead our internal tax support and preparation team across the country. This is a unique "player-coach" role designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment. Initially, you will spend 75% of your time on hands-on tax support and preparation, and 25% on building out this new department. As the team expands, the focus will naturally shift toward greater leadership and management responsibilities.

As a critical component of our comprehensive retirement services, your work will directly impact our clients' financial well-being. You will manage the preparation of annual tax returns, provide ongoing real-time tax support regarding qualified tax accounts, and participate in client events. Beyond execution, you will coordinate the strategic development and expansion of this department, driving process improvements while fostering a culture of growth amidst constant change.
