As an expansion of our Primary Care Team, we are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) Internal Medicine physician to join our growing practice. You will care for our expanding population within an established, integrated environment that includes behavioral health, nutrition, Care Navigators, and soon, pharmacists.
This role offers a team-based approach focused on patient-centered care, supported by comprehensive administrative and clinical resources, including easy access to coding and IT support.
