About the Role

We are looking for a driven and highly capable Internal Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team and play a crucial role in shaping how our story is told. Reporting directly to the Internal Communications Manager, you are more than just a task executor; you are a driver of our culture, sitting at the intersection of Internal Communications, Employer Brand, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Most importantly, you are the voice of our purpose. You will be a champion 100% connected to our mission of helping small businesses thrive, ensuring that every team member understands how their daily work directly empowers the entrepreneurs who power our economy. This environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is naturally curious, flexible, and eager to grow. You will work closely with the Manager to bridge the gap between business strategy and employee experience.
