About the Role

As an Interior Design Consultant, you will join our team to help create beautiful rooms and spaces. This role is designed for those looking to continue their interior design career or for recent graduates eager to start. You will partner with customers and sales consultants to recommend furniture and accessories that provide a completed, designed look. Your day will involve offering in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations to understand customer needs, styles, and investment goals. You will bring these insights to life by creating floor plans and photo-realistic 3D renderings of products placed within the customer's home. Beyond design, you will assist in closing transactions, coordinate home visits, and provide constructive feedback to help build sales and increase average tickets.

Requirements
