About the Role
We are seeking disciplined, honest, and passionate individuals to serve as remote life insurance sales representatives. This role exists to help clients achieve their financial goals by connecting them with life insurance-backed products that meet their specific needs. You will work with a steady stream of warm leads—clients who have already contacted us—allowing you to focus on building relationships rather than cold calling.
In this position, you will guide 3 to 5 families each week through the entire insurance lifecycle. Your day will involve contacting prospects to set appointments, reviewing coverage options with clients, and managing applications through the underwriting process to ensure they are fully covered. We utilize data-driven systems and cutting-edge lead generation to connect you with interested clients quickly, ensuring a productive workflow.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no cap on earnings. Agents typically average $300 to $500 for each family they help. While the work is primarily online from home, occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to guide you through the business, including assistance in obtaining your life insurance license if you are not currently licensed.
