About the Role

We are seeking coachable, disciplined, and passionate individuals to serve as remote life insurance sales representatives. This role exists to help clients who have proactively reached out for assistance with life insurance-backed products. You will partner with families to review their options, guide them through the application process, and ensure they achieve their financial security goals.

As a fully remote position, you will utilize data-driven systems and cutting-edge lead generation tools to connect quickly with interested prospects. Unlike traditional sales roles, you will not be cold calling; instead, you will work with warm leads who have contacted us first. The average agent helps 3–5 families each week, earning $300–$500 per family. Because this is a 100% commission-based position, there is no cap on your earnings potential.

While the work is primarily online, requiring a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection, occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to guide you through the licensing process if you are not currently licensed but possess a strong desire to learn the business.
