About the Role
We are seeking a business partner to join our team as a coachable, challenge-seeking individual with a growth mindset and a genuine passion for people. This role is designed for those who want to help families secure their financial future while developing their own professional capabilities.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, spending 2 days per week meeting with clients either virtually or in-person to present customized coverage options and guide them through the application process. The remaining time is dedicated to researching client data to tailor solutions for death or disability protection, reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage to schedule appointments, and handling administrative follow-ups with insurance carriers to facilitate underwriting.
