The Supplemental Benefits Operations (SBO) team within Humana's Enterprise Growth organization manages Medicare Mandatory Supplemental Benefits (MSBs) that meaningfully shape member experience, operational performance, and regulatory outcomes. This position serves as a Principal Individual Contributor and the Director's primary thought partner and execution lead for the Humana Spending Account Card, a highly strategic, member-centric supplemental benefit. Reporting to the Director of Supplemental Benefits Operations, you will translate strategy into execution, supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of the Spending Account Card across its full lifecycle.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will lead complex bodies of work, influence cross-functional teams, and serve as a recognized subject-matter expert while remaining aligned to the Director's strategic direction. You will partner closely with product development, operations, technology, compliance, finance, analytics, and external vendors to ensure benefit solutions are compliant, operationally sound, scalable, and continuously improving.

There is a strong preference for candidates located in Louisville, KY, though the role is open to remote candidates. While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Home or Hybrid employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information and meet specific internet speed criteria.
