About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned insurance defense litigator to step into a partner-level role within our Uniondale (Long Island) satellite office. This position is designed for an independent practitioner ready to immediately manage a full caseload across labor law, construction litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle, property damage, and general liability matters. You will operate with high autonomy, handling cases from pleadings through trial without a ramp period.
This role offers the unique opportunity to join a firm with built-in infrastructure, support staff, and a robust pipeline of work. As the senior attorney on the ground, you will provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and mentorship to two junior associates and one support staff member. While you will collaborate remotely with firm leadership in Syracuse, you will maintain significant control over how the Uniondale office operates and grows.
