About the Department
The Department of Dermatology at the University of Utah School of Medicine is a vibrant clinical team comprising approximately 52 faculty members, including specialists in Mohs surgery and allergy, alongside 11 residents and 8 advanced practice clinicians. We are dedicated to a patient-focused culture distinguished by collaboration, excellence, leadership, and respect. About the Role
We are seeking full-time clinical faculty to join our team in a dynamic environment where you will see patients at the University Hospital, its satellite sites, or the nearby VA hospital. This role is designed for those who thrive in a teaching and research setting. You will supervise medical students and residents in the clinical setting, participate in the teaching of dermatology residents, and engage in research activities focused on clinical dermatology.
While we welcome general dermatologists, we are particularly seeking expertise in pigmentary disorders/vitiligo, nail disease, skin of color, psoriasis, pediatric dermatology, and complex wound care. Rank is dependent upon experience, and applicants must be board-certified or board eligible in dermatology.
